This is a working acer laptop, comes with the laptop and charging brick, the Acer logo metal letters are mssing, rather than that there are no known about damages( warning this does not mean that there are not more damges, note there could be some more damages that were not visable at the time.)

Returns
If as a buyer you are not satisfied with your product, you will have 14 days to return your product. However you will be held accountable for the shipping fee to return the product. In addition, you will be asked the reason for your return, reason must be reasonable.
Abusing the return system by constantly returning can lead up to a suspension of your account or your return not being considered. In transition, damaged products can not be returned, if a damaged product is returned you will be held accountable and will not receive your refund. As well as that if a damaged product is returned you will be accountable for shipping the product back to you otherwise the damaged product will not be shipped back to you and will remain in our custody. If the product was damaged during shipping please let us know immediately, however, note we take pictures before your product leaves our hands so we will know if what you had said is true or not. (note all refunds will only be given once we examine the returned products condition). Once the 14 days have passed you will not be able to return the product regardless and all complaints will be ignored so make sure if anything is wrong with you product you return it within the 14 days.
